AH, HH, M series slurry pump
For AH, HH, M series slurry pumps, there are a variety of metals available for the flow parts, and the depth is increased. The use of multiple speeds and multiple variants makes the pump run in industrial and mining environments. It has a long service life and high operating efficiency, and can meet many types of harsh conveying conditions.
Pump body, pump cover and flow parts: This series of pumps are horizontal, vertical, and double-shell slurry pumps. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with replaceable metal linings. The lining material is made of high-chromium wear-resistant alloy materials. The lining can be used until worn out, prolonging the maintenance period and reducing operating costs. The outlet direction of the pump can be rotated and installed at 8 angles.
Bearing component: The bearing component of the pump adopts a cylindrical structure, which is convenient to adjust the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate, and can be removed as a whole during maintenance. The bearings are lubricated with grease.
Shaft seal (seal): The shaft seal of the pump includes packing seal, impeller seal and mechanical seal.
Transmission mode: V-belt transmission, elastic coupling transmission, gear reduction box transmission, hydraulic coupling transmission, variable frequency drive device, thyristor speed control, etc. Among them, the V-belt transmission includes CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, ZR transmission.
Overall performance: The pump has a wide range of performance, good cavitation performance, and high efficiency. Multi-stage tandem technology can be used to meet long-distance transportation.
